My stay at Embassy Suites was a bit of a mix. The room was nice, but I had to change rooms because the first one was so dirty. Unfortunately, the room wasn't ready when I arrived at 8 pm. The service, however, was excellent with quality and friendly accommodating staff who were on top of everything. The location was convenient, being right in the middle of town, but there were some cleanliness issues with a staff member having a cold. The dining experience was delightful with some fun cooks at Agave Lounge, and the facilities were good overall.

The service was exceptional, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure everyone was comfortable, although I wish there were more affordable options. The location had its highs and lows, with some issues about parking fees but showing improvements in table organization. Despite these, the staff, particularly Lilli from housekeeping, stood out for their politeness and efforts to rectify any inconveniences encountered during my stay.
